APPOINTMENTS POLICY:

Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow a stress-free check-in. This will provide ample time to fill out our client profile necessary to tailor our treatments to your personal needs, and time to enjoy a cup of tea.   In the occurrence you are running late, we will make the required adjustments to accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee to accomplish your full service. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We graciously request 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.  For appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours, 50% of the service price will be charged.  For  failure  to  show without notice, 100% of the service price will be charged.
